Thanks Joyce, it's been a long time since I mailed anything to Canada. It used to be relatively cheap. 9-11 changed a lot of things. I hear things can get held up in inspections for long periods, too. Not customs, but cargo containers.

I know the prices are high and especially Priority mail. I didn't think it would be that expensive going to Canada. I agree, Tela, that day our lives changed and we will never be the same.
