Ionic Cleaner...does it look any good?

After deciding I cant possibly live with out one does this look any good - or is it to cheap to work??

Glenda, you do NOT want an ultrasonic cleaner! It's not the same thing and it doesn't work nearly as well. You want an IONIC cleaner. As far as I know, only the one company makes them.

I keyed in Ionic cleaner in the search box and it brought these up!!!
I will begin looking again!!
