The absolute hardest part was the little head part that the earwire hangs off. ARGH!

Thanks! I gave them to my daughter and she really liked them. I gave them to her raw and asked if she wanted them patinaed. She opted for the patina and as happens very rarely, they turned out with a great rainbow patina which she chose to keep.

The kitties are adorable! I'll echo Glenda, it would be great to see a picture with the rainbow patina. But I guess it will not be easy to take pictures of that effect. Could it be the temperature to make the rainbow effect? I once rinsed some pieces of copper sheet under hot water, and they turned out very colourful.

I made a hummingbird, but the scale is so large, I have to figure out how to get it down in size. Working with 18g, the beak tends to be large.
