Ok, that's great news for me, but here's something really cool to share. I managed to get a nice ball of some 18g copper and realized that the ball is black and ugly and I don't have any pickle. So.... I put it in my ionic SpeedBrite and it worked perfectly to get rid of the firescale. I was pleasantly surprised. All I had to do was scotchbrite afterwards and shine with a cloth. I'm super stoked. No pickle pot.

That sounds like a lot less hassle!! What torch have you got Tela? Was it a Christmas pressie?

Oh and yes, my DH gave me the money for the express purpose of buying a torch of my choice for Christmas. I have some left for tools, but haven't decided what to get next.
