I'd gladly be of service, Glenda, but alas, it seems he has moved to the US. (Aside: Whew! *wiping brow* This saves me some years in prison, probably. Kidnapping is not legal in Germany, nor is it fun with a reluctant kidnappee!) Over to you, dear US friends! This is a truly creative man, jewelrymaker, painter AND musician! Interesting, he says, he is not afraid to use jewelry material in his paintings (well, why should he ). Sometimes I find jewelrymaking somewhat limiting, because you always have to have the wearability in mind. I'm often thinking of applying jewelry techniques and designs to small paintings or sculptures. Though, I have too many construction sites already, need to focus, focus, focus.

Great catch! I was checking out his incredible work and realized that it looked real familiar.... He is a fellow artist on Copper Wire Jeweler!! copperwirejewelers.ning.com/profile/WolfgangSchweizer?xg_source=profiles_memberList I LOVE his work! I especially like his use of wood with metals. I notice he uses Nugold a lot. I want to try it, too. Amy (HopesAuntieAmy) posted about it at JL with some gorgeous earrings she made. Now I must go look at it his work some more.

Must go and find me some Nugold/Merlins gold too!! I think it looks lovely! *runs off to spend MORE money....*
