In the Lucky Charm thread Mary asked for a colour challenge - what a great idea! I love colours, I can drool for hours over my beads, just for their subtle shades. Maybe we all can list our favourite colour combinations here (or post pictures), and then we pick one for her, if she doesn't want to make the choice herself? Here are my favourite combinations: - A graduation from olive green to dark turquoise with a dash of lime green - denim blue and white - darkest, deepest wine red with a bit of gold or lime green - and of course the sunset colours: purple + orange Now I'm curious what *your* favorites are.

Here's a site that will suck you in and get your color wheels goin'. Be careful, you may stay too long. kuler.adobe.com/I have too many favorites to list and they depend on the day, hour and mood. I love pink and purple but I love the jeweltones, too. ..... too many... can't think... color meltdown...... (think William Shatner)

I meant to add- if you haven't been to Kuler, take a few minutes to figure it out. I joined and uploaded a picture of a piece I had worked to get colors for the beads. Very useful and a bit overwhelming, too.

Those are some mind blowing colors Renate!! And I'm going to pick one of them, thank you! Color is not a strong suit of mine, and its even harder to work it in to wire. But I really want to have all design elements in my work one day
Thank you for telling me what to do:)) I'm come back at later date and share.
Meanwhile I'm going to check out Kuler!
