Hi all, My name is, coincidently, Kit and I am looking forward to checking out this new site. I do some wirework, but usually do bead weaving. I love to spend hours making lovely woven work. I don't know why. I see at most sites, wirework is the preferred medium and I am and have tried working in it. Ok...about me...I am self-employed doing bookkeeping and accounting. I have 4 grandchiildren the oldest almost 13 with a new grandson due in February. I live in the south, in Greenville, SC, USA. Another love is sewing, quilting, embroidering with my all encompasising machine. Well, I have 3 active machines. I have a lovely older dog . . . Dottie born the same year as my eldest granddaughter and a similarly aging husband of almost 40 years. I guess that is enough information! Good to meet you all! Kit

Hi Kit and welcome! Great intro I'm happy to see another beader here. When you have a chance, feel free to do some posting about beading because a lot of us wireworkers dabble in beadwork, too. I have successfully made a few seed bead necklaces and that was quite a feat for me

You could do something fairly basic that everybody does then you won't have to worry if it belongs to someone else. I would love to see it.
